Superb complex from a reputable company! Some of the finest B vitamins! We take it as a family! I have hypothyroidism and an adrenal gland disorder. I take this complex occasionally, and in conjunction with chelated magnesium, the effect is even more pronounced! My energy surges remarkably, and my efficiency sees a significant boost! Best B complex available. I have chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and an adrenal gland disorder. I have tried numerous B complexes, and this is, by far, the best one I've used, including those from practitioners. The active B vitamins in this product work exceptionally well, and the balance of the complex appears superb. I genuinely *feel* the benefits of this one much more than the others.
